Sometimes, career love starts really early!   For Erin, at 12 years old, she knew becoming a hairstylist was what she wanted to do!  By the age of 17, she landed her first job as a shampoo assistant, and the rest is hairstory!  She is the proud owner of Urban Evolution Salon.

Her resume is full of continuing education in advanced cutting and color techniques. She has studied with AVEDA, Redken, Enso, Davines and L’Oreal Professional. While training is a vital part of her career, her passion comes from being with her clients.

“Collaborating with my clients to produce their vision is why I come to work.  I live for the bounce in their step and the gleam in their eye when their finished look makes them so happy.  Being a part of building that confidence is my favorite part of what I do.  There is something incredibly special that happens when my client gets up from my chair to face the world feeling beautiful. Erin a certified L’Oreal professional network Expert Colorist, and has integrated the use of Inoa, an ammonia-free permanent hair color system. She loves performing balayage and does an amazing blowdry.

When not in the salon, Erin enjoys time in the yoga studio or exploring the outdoors with her husband, 2 children, and dog.
